Hey guys I lost 10kg in 3 months losing about a kg a week doing 45 mins of cardio including 10 mins of treadmill, 20 mins of elliptical after weight lifting and then 12-15 mins swimming at the end of my workout, and then around 30 mins of weight lifting 5 times a week but now I changed my program so I’m only doing 10mins of cardio before my workout. Recently I weighed myself and I was 81kg down from 92 kg in late August but I feel so much weaker and I’m not able to lift as heavy. I took a biometric scan when I started and then 3 months later and it shows I lost 4kg of fat and 6kg of muscle but the trainer said it was normal. I feel good that I’m 81 on the scale but I also feel demotivated now that I can’t lift as heavy as when I started.
Can I get some advice or anything that might help me get back on the horse. I love the gym it’s my therapy but I hate this feeling of weakness I want to feel strong again.
