High carb low fat is so effective

When i was in kenya with my friend i noticed how ridiculously thin everykne is, but not anorexic sick type skinny, super athletic, healthy and active people.

U asked them what they eat and its mostly carbs. They mostly eat fresh fruits and veggies, ugali, rice. Very little fat, oil, meat and heavy fatty food, just simple light carbs.

I tried eating like this, im on month 6. I lost a lot of weight, i was never very fat but just average big gym bro. My cardio through the roof, im slimmer much quicker on my feet, joints feel better, more clarity, better mood, insulin sensitivity on point.

Just wanted to share cause im feeling pretty good.
