Im a 32(m) two kids and weigh 225. Ive put on what feels like 20 pounds a kid . I used to be fairly active and eat well but now everyrhing just seems like a struggle. What has worked for you guys ? Im constantly losing motivation over and over again. I feel like i have no time for myself and i just keep tacking on the lbs . On top of everything ive given up a gym membership for monetary reasons because fuck the econmy right now. I want to start eating properly and working out . I honestly feel like i dont know how to anymore.
