Losing weight faster than expected

Hey guys. Currently I’ve been losing about an average of 3 lbs per week since I began attempting to lose weight. I currently look to eat around 1650-1750 calories a day, but this is not always the case. There is a lot of zig zagging in my diet currently which would help explain the above screenshot, but I’ll provide more information that’s relevant.

  • CW is 222.2 and height is 5’8, age 26 M
  • I weigh myself at the same time every day (when I wake up before eating/drinking)
  • I haven’t worked out in the gym in little over a month
  • I work 3 days a week, 12 and a half hours. On the days I work, my phone averages 12k-20k steps a day depending on what I’m assigned to do. Otherwise, it’s repetitive work in a lab (would have high NEAT, and could explain my lower energy levels during the week)
  • The physical activity at work in general is not intense, however, sometimes I’m assigned in a 3 hour block a task that will have me walking and sometimes fast walking to keep up with lab demands, mostly nonstop, and will cause me to sweat an alright amount
  • On my days off, unless I’ve been going to the gym, I’ve been relatively sedentary unless I get out of the house (1-5k steps)
  • I’ve been conscious of how much weight I’ve been losing. So some days I try to eat a lot more than 1650-1750 out of fear
  • Calorie calculators seem to put me at losing 2 lbs a week anywhere from 1300-1650 depending on activity level

Other than fatigue on some days, I haven’t noticed any other side effect thus far other than some obvious loose skin (I still have a good amount of body fat so it’s only noticeable on the bottom of my gut for example, when pulling on the skin it feels looser)

If anyone has any questions or has any suggestions please let me know! It’s possible I am much more active than I think I am at work, but I just really don’t know..

Edit: I will explain the contrast of my diet and lifestyle prior to losing weight - For 2 years I was pretty sedentary working from home, I didn’t leave the house for much, and ate fast food 1-2 times a day, drinking large sodas all the time for each meal, a terrible lifestyle I wish to never go back to, and have had circumstances in my life change to where this wouldn’t be sustainable any way anymore, and have a ton of reasons to not go back to this again. - In the last 3x months, I stopped eating out nearly as much (I eat fast food approx 1-2 times a week, and when I do, I substitute for diet soda most of the time unless I need something to have the calorie goal to meet)
