Hey guys! So short story short, I have an eating disorder and one of the things I will absolutely not allow myself to do, is to calorie count. It leads me to dark places I no longer want to go.
I’ve been in control of that part of my life for a good few years now, but I’ve found myself putting a solid amount of weight on. No shame in that, but I liked how I looked and felt about myself when I was a bit down in size and a bit refined. (I can take care of the exercise bit myself). But I don’t know how to intuit my food intake very well. Any advice welcom
