I've read countless articles/Reddit posts and I'm very confused. I'm a 19 year old female. 5'4, 50kgs. I've got skinny legs, and skinny arms, all my fat is found in my lower stomach. i don't know if I should stick to my calorie mantinence with a slight surplus. should I bulk? cut? I'm confused about what I should do. I plan on hitting the gym 4 times a week but don't know what to do about the eating part. can I see the results in 7 months? I'm going to focus on strength training my upper body and lower body to achieve more of an hourglass figure, but I'm worried about having a bigger shoulder frame.
