I have been gaining a lot of weight, and I really want to change that
I'm 1.66m (5"4) and weigh 92 kg (203 lbs)
IDK where to even start to lose weight.
I'm not able to go to a gym, and I don't know what things I can do at home that are effective.
There's a lot I need to take into account for me to still stay healthy while losing weight. Since I have had eating disorders, this is the most important part for me.
I have tried losing weight in the past with no success.
Any tips, websites, or anything else that could help me are appreciated.
