I am weighing at my highest of about 240. I am 5'2 I used to weigh 200 and that's where my body feels the best. I used to do powerlifting last year, but since I got married, became a step mom, going to grad school, I let myself go. I was diagnosed with arthritis and the weight is affecting my knees.
I feel completely lost on where to start and how to start. I cook all the time but I do stress eat. I don't drink sodas and I can't drink anything that's "diet" or "zero" as the artificial sugars aggravate the pain.
I am disappointed in myself because I started calorie counting then became inconsistent. I've become depressed, frustrated, and overwhelmed.
I don't have a thyroid anymore so I'm taking synthroid. My levels are within range. I was vitamin D deficient so I'm taking a weekly supplement.
I lost a huge part of myself when I stopped working out to focus on my household. But I feel like my body can't take it anymore if I continue down this path.
Any tips to workout from home?
