For context I’m interested in body recomposition and I find it extremely hard trying to fit in 130 g of protein with just 1400-1500 calories.
I am trying to lose 20 more lbs and was originally eating 1300 calories but I then notice that I also wanted to build my butt as well and thought I should take realistic proper precautions in doing this the right way but I’m failing lol.
What can anyone advise me to do? Fitness/dieting as a whole is tiring and if I lose the weight I may not want to go through stress build and bulking for a butt.
I’m also trying to take back up ballet so I truly can’t afford to bulk and lose weight again right now.
