Not sure if this would be related to this community but Im new to the app and this community as well I’ve been struggling for a long while now with bowel movement and digestive problems. Im not sure if it’s caused by my excessive black coffee intake (1 cup everyday for the past two years) or other factors.
The reason I post here as well is i think that my history of undereating has contributed. For context: I went through two severe mental breakdowns in which I didn’t eat plenty, the most recent being October. I then slowly ate more but the restoration process has been difficult
Im not even sure when it began but I’ve noticed I’ll go a week or two without any bowel movement and now it’s bordering on a week and a half. Im concerned as i’ve grows green tea which used to help, I thought maybe consuming dairy might help.
Im not sure what else to try. I’ve googled and used the methods I found, no luck. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated
