I’ve been loosing weight for a one are so now and I used to binge a lot. After about 10 months I just stopped. I no longer felt the need to binge. Part of this was due to my new found confidence in my body but the other was a conversation I had with a really good friend.
Today I binged and got way out of control on my eating. I feel like shit cuz I’ve ruined my progress for the week, but I also went back to a habit I thought I broke. I’ve been feeling really bad about myself and food was there to just bring my dopamine up when I have none.
Do any of you have advice on binge eating?
Also I’m a 18year old male. I’m 5’8” and I weight currently 187lbs.
