Has anyone found their energy negative impacted when they started calorie counting?

I've lost weight in the past (over 80 lbs!) then gained it back and another 10 lbs in the last five years. The first time I started losing weight, I didn't notice any loss of energy or fatigue at the start, only once I was close to my goal weight and limited to 1200 calories/daily (being short sucks balls).

However, since I started tracking my calories again and limiting to 1600-1800 calories this past Friday, I feel...lethargic. Even walking 5 miles today was exhausting, and usually I'm good for at least 7 miles. I'm not in ketosis because I'm not limiting carbs. I'm getting a good amount of protein and drinking plenty of water, so that isn't why either. I'm feeling annoyed and frustrated, and hoping this doesn't last.
