How do you figure out goal weight?

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to help me out.

I am 5’6” F 23 years old. I am currently 158lbs. I have lost a total of 6lbs in the past month. Not sure what a good goal weight would be for me. I am naturally curvy. My measurements are 38-28-38. I would like to keep my hourglass figure and not look too skinny.

In high school I weighed 145 and that was my lowest weight but I felt that I looked way too thin. Maybe that is just me in retrospect since it’s been awhile since I’ve seen myself that small.

What would be a good goal weight for me? What is the difference between ideal weight and goal weight?
