So 2 days ago I decided to sign up for a health and leisure centre near my location and I had my induction day today and a nice man guided me through everything and taught me about the equipment and there are a ton of calorie burning equipment that's available such as treadmills, boxing bags, rowing machines, medicine balls, Kettlebells, battle ropes, box jumps, dumbells, sandboxes and hard balls and more that I dream of.
I want to go to the gym as burn extra calories to promote those important other benefits as well and I'd be glad to show up from 3 - 6 days a week, but since I have everything I need I just need to make a routine/schedule/plan using if not all then most of the equipment.
I have definitely fallen off the wagon and I have definitely given up at times but I've restarted my calorie deficit so I want to try and take away extra.
Is there a sensible way to do that without overworking myself? I also don't mind high intensity exercises
I am 6'0 and 234 pounds
