A 25 year old male, working a sedentary job. I suppose I have been fairly overweight all my life, but ever since I joined my job, my body's condition have been worsening. My body didn't look 'fat' when I started work. I could wear all sorts of shirts without being ashamed of my body.. But, with the current way my tummy is, I can't even find a shirt that fits me. Sitting in front of a computer all day made my body accumulate fat all around my sides. It's so embarrassing to even sit upright, as it's visible how out-of-shape I am. Rice is a big portion of my daily diet, but I have been cutting down on it lately and intaking more fruits & vegetables. Avoiding cookies and sugary items whenever I can.
My work doesn't allow me much leisure time, but I want to change. I weigh a little over 100 kilograms now, 10 of which was gained in the last year. I want to be fitter so as to feel better and have a wider range of clothes to buy from. Kindly suggest me ideas on how to have a significant change in two months.
