Today me and my girlfriend went gym and I decided to see how far I can run if I run at a slower pace. I ran 10km. And it felt AMAZING, the furthest I ran before this was 5km, and to do it in a hour felt unbelievable!
The bad news is I sweated so much my earphones broke a little over halfway through. Firstly my left earphone went after a considerable amount of sweat got in, then the volume control got wet and would only turn the volume down to zero repeatedly, so RIP AKG earphones.
So yeah... I sweat A LOT compared to everyone else in the gym but honestly that's okay. I'm happy to sweat that much, it must mean I'm doing something right so dont feel discouraged because sweat.
