About ten years ago I lost 55 pounds by counting calories. I focused on 1200 calories a day. The first two weeks I was starving, but after that I would often have to make myself eat 1200 calories because I just wasn't hungry.
This time, though, it's been three months and I´m so hungry all the time. I woke myself up last night because my stomach was growling so loud. I am losing two pounds per week like last time, but why am I so hungry??
Possible factors: I am 50 as opposed to 40. I am pre-diabetic, wasn't last time. I have horrible sleep now and I didn't then. I never feel full, I´m always starving.
