Macro % suggestions for my situation?

Okay, so I’m getting really confused with the macro ratios I should be going for. I used to have a ratio that worked really well, but I can’t remember or find trace of it to save my life.

A bit of background info: I don’t have a whole lot of weight to lose, maybe in terms of fat like 2-3kgs absolute tops (I’ll probably be at like 18% body fat at that point). If anything, I’m basically looking to cut some fat, and build muscle. Which means protein intake needs to be high enough as I’m mostly focusing on strength and not much cardio. Cardio days are resistance training for me, like a spin class or body weight cardio/strength mixed.

Second thing: I don’t really deal well with carbs. I can eat them, and my body metabolism processes then decently well, but I actually prefer to have a diet low on carbs. This is my lowest % macro ideally, always.

So, I was wondering if there are any suggestions on the breakdown? I was thinking maybe:

40% protein, 40% fat, 20% carbs 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs

Or any other variation suggestion?
