I've been having some trouble the last 2 weeks with staying on my diet and exercise and I've felt bad about not being as strict as I was when I first started. I've been staying away from the scale because I was worried nothing had changed or worse I gained weight....but I had a doctors appointment today and they did the usual stuff where they weighed me and I actually lost my first 5 pounds!!!!! I'M SO HAPPY. I've been worried that I wasn't having any progress, which is why i fell off track in the first place. But seeing that what I've been doing has actually worked gave me the push back on track that I needed. I can do this!
