A year after having my baby, and I’m back to my normal weight! I lost 42lbs total. I’m so proud of myself.
Some people diet by following very complicated plans, where they track carbs and macros and protein. I found success by making my diet as simple as I possibly could. Every day I ate yogurt and a piece of fruit for breakfast. Every lunch a granola bar and a raw vegetable. Then I ate whatever for dinner, with the odd treat once in a while, no more than once a week. On really hungry days I’d buy a piece of cheese at work if my apple and yogurt weren’t cutting it. It worked really well for me! I was never hungry really, and having the odd treat kept me from feeling too deprived. I lost an average of 5lbs a month for 8 months. So happy! My old clothes fit again!
