It has been about three weeks since I had a pizza. That might be a pretty normal statement for a lot of people, but for me, it's verging on impossible. I'm more of a "three-a-week" guy. More of an "occasionally-two-pizzas-a-day" guy. So to go three weeks is an achievement in itself.
Today the cravings are pretty bad. I've been looking at calories like a budget, and just like my bank account, when I want to splash the cash a bit I have to save up. I hit the road and put 8,000 steps in the bank. Climbed some pretty steep hills near the coast.
Now I can eat my 800 cal pizza and still be at a 750 calorie deficit, according the my fitbit. My fitbit has been known to overestimate calorie burn a tad so I'll move around a bit more later in the day. Maybe lift some weights just to make sure I hit that deficit. But what a satisfying diet. I've been getting my five-a-day because veg is so low cal and fills you up and I've been getting lots of protein because I make sure I have protein with each meal. I feel great, I've been losing weight and now I get a pizza.
Me and CiCo are going to get along just fine I think.
