I currently weigh 205lbs, and my total weight was 250. I began losing weight from the begining of may, and in 2 months I lost 40lbs. (Luckily there is no loose fat or anything, and I hope there never will be). But i’ve been stuck at 205lbs for a while now. At least I can manage to stay at this weight without gaining weight.
So in those 2 months, I went to the gym at least 30 times. So every second day, which is pretty good imo. Now I do it like 2-3 times a week (I had a motivation in those 2 months, but not anymore, so I guess it’s fine).
I had read about getting stuck and said “Nahh, I probably wont” but it’s really true lol.
But i’m glad I maintained it at least, :)
