Just lost out on a job opportunity because of failed physical assessment

The physical assessment wasn't anything difficult, but your heart rate is monitored and I believe mine was probably above limit. Honestly I was really nervous and my heart rate was at about 95 just to start the test, I think that's what hurt me most.

Anyways, super disappointed in myself. It was a decent paying job, much more stable than my current job. It had benefits. The hours were more reasonable. (I work nights/weekends)

I lost 30 pounds when I first started following this sub, gained back 25 now. Although I've joined a much better gym so hopefully I can motivate myself to actually go.

Just felt like venting a bit, maybe I can use this as a turning point. Weighing in at 225.
