So I've been cooking along with my 1500kcal the last week or two but now I'm going to another city for 4 days and I'm really concerned about staying on track.
- I am a vegetarian. Where I live I can find options but where I'm going is midwest, real meat and potatoes place. Usually that means that all is offered is pasta, OR a mealy salad that won't have any protein that I can eat. Or the dreaded cold steamed zucchini. If I ate meat this would be a lot easier.
2.i cannot count on chain restaurants whose kcal are easily findable on mfp. Mostly local operations and I'll be in the hotel with free breakfast.

My schedule is all over the place all is really hard to plan and I'll be ubering to many different locations so hard to pack anything

But I'm super proud of myself because the hotel has a pool and gym and I've packed for both so I can stay active.
I've been doing so good but afraid this will derail my efforts.
Any tips for me?
