Hello losers,
We're half way there! Wednesday is upon us. I can't believe we're approaching the halfway mark for September. I need to have a salted caramel mocha to mark the coming of fall soon.
Weight by end of the month 306 – 308: 313.8. Smeh. Trend weight 314.7.
Stay within calorie goal of 1700ish: I'm looking at 1750 ish today with a bunch of veggies, a turkey burger & some Enlightened ice cream for dinner.
Exercise 5 days a week: I'm going to hit up the lower back routine & maybe swing the tbar tonight. 9/12 for the month.
Improve my relationship with food & my body: Ankles still swollen. I'm less grumpy about it. My brain is sending hunger cues that don't seem to make sense. Pretty standard. I'm going to throw enough veggies at my day to feel full & move along.
Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: I'll handle this on the weekend. 2/4 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: Still pondering what to do next weekend. I took a vacation day next week because I've been feeling a bit burnt out at work & could use some extra recharge time. I will probably count that as next week's haha. 2/4
