Im 14 pounds down. But dieting had changed my personality

For the record, ive always been bubbly, optimistic and rarely ever stressed.

Since getting back into final year at University, Ive been irritable, easily annoyed and so stressed that I cant even start looking at my lectures assignments for fear theyll be bad.

I have never been a stressed out person. I always was calm with this stuff and knew everything was fine.

Now that im back ive noticed how I'm just so stressed and irritated and having headaches. The only thing I can think of that is different is that this time round Im eating less and not drinking alcohol etc. I take my vitamins in the morning and drink plenty of water. I've even started going to the gym!

I feel anxious and have hated leaving my room. Tomorrow I'm going out because I promised a friend I would and I already am dreading it.

Has anyone noticed increased anxiety since they lost some weight or since they started eating less? Or even has any tips? I just want to be back to my happy self again.
