I am a 5'1, 165 pound female And I need to lose 20lbs by the end of September. I walk 10+ miles a day at work, paired with heavy lifting and that- including walks around town etc, is my weekly exercise. Ive been able to lose 10lbs in a month but I have an event soon and need advice to lose even more. My diet includes lots of cantaloupe ( we have like..26 in the garden) tea, coffee, meat, and veggies for the most part. I eat carbs but none are refined, and the majority of sugar I eat is natural. I eat around 1,200 cals a day. I do feel like I get ice cream at work too much, which I will definitely work on!! The way I lost the 10lbs was fasting once a week, but Its becoming so hard to last a whole day. I also have IBS. So if anyone has any advice on how to kickstart these 6 weeks please let me know.!
