Hello folks!
Such a fun Saturday. Pokemon community day wore me out. I caught many Eevees (3 shinies!!!) and was out all 3 hours of it. I am suitably worn out haha. I hope you all are crushing it today!
Weight by end of the month 316 – 318: NEW FLAIR! 65 pounds down. 317.6 this morning which I feel like is too low & may have been dehydration, but it dragged my trend weight to 322.6 which I think is accurate. It's time for me to order a tbar & start doing kettlebell stuff. I said 65 pounds & here we are.
Stay within calorie goal of 1700 (ish): I got bison & a fancy dessert with a maintenance day in mind. I'm not sure if it'll be today or tomorrow.
Exercise 5 days a week: I spent about two hours walking today. 9/11 for the month.
No binges over 500 calories: No issues here today.
Spend an hour a week on love journals: Tonight. After a shower because I'm covered in SPF 100 blech. I really do enjoy this one, so I'm looking forward to it. 1/4 weeks down.
Journal once a week, uninterrupted 60 minutes about stuff that matters: Sunday or tonight. 1/4 weeks down.
