First world problems disclaimer:
Hello all. I have been working out for 16 months or so now. Mix of yoga (bikram), pilates, and indoor cycling. 30/f/5'2 and 145 lbs
I cycle 6x a week ~42 miles a day (2 classes). In the last 3 months I have cut out alcohol as well and have lost a total of 15 lbs.
For some reason, my calves are still enormous! They have 'cottage cheese' texture and are not toned at all. I would think with spin they would be? Or am I just dead wrong? Does anyone have any tips to tone calves? I am a little afraid of the gym but open to feedback if there are machines or weights I could be using.
