I may have just broken my foot. X-rays tomorrow. I know, rest and wait. But I am about 3 weeks into my post vacation cut routine (HIIT, lifting, biking to work) and have made some progress. I just want to maintain if I can’t do my normal routine for a couple weeks. I cannot take 2 steps back. Honestly, I was nearly tearing up just thinking about it. But I’m a mental case.
Does anyone have any suggestions for routines they may have done with a similar type of injury. I can walk and do calf raises which feels like a positive sign. I’m gonna just lift with upper body and maybe some moderate stationary bike as long as it doesn’t hurt.
TLDR - Losing weight, broke my foot (possibly), how do I not lose my progress? What can I do?
