Second round

In 2021, I lost about 75 lbs in a year naturally. I became a CO and worked 60-80 weeks, second shift, ate and went right to bed, had hardly any time for the gym and gained it all back. Although I look slightly less large then the last time due to lifting, it is still so dissapointing and frustrating. I have a normal schedule again, cardio everyday, gym 4-5x a week, calorie deficit, and it’s like nothing is happening. It’s been 4 months and I’ve lost about 10lbs and 3 inches. Last time in that same time frame I had lost triple. I go wedding dress shopping in December, I get married next October, I just have so many things coming up and I am so dedicated to this again yet it’s like nothing is working. What helped people the second time around on a big weight loss journey?
