I started volume eating to not go over my calorie goals, but still get to eat a good amount of food to feel full, but now I feel like it's going too far.
Today for lunch, I ate an entire plate of brocolli, a bowl of lettuce with shredded chicken, 4 bowls of berries with cottage cheese and granola, 6 bagel thins, 2 bananas, 1 apple, and still feel like I can eat more :/
I don't even grossly full after eating this much food, like this is my normal now. I don't even consider it binging because my binges are worse, but I'm scared of myself. I also avoid eating with friends because I don't know how to stop. I don't even know what hunger and fullness even mean anymore. Does anyone have any advice for what to do?
