Has anyone changed their pound goal/activity level on the Lose It app and been successful?

For context: I have been doing 2 lbs/week in the lose it app, but now that I have lost 35 lbs, I have noticed the calories are starting to get a bit low. I was thinking about doing 1.5 pounds/week, but I am so nervous I am not going to lose weight. And no, I dont have an ED, and I have generally been fine hungry wise, but I have noticed in the past week I am a bit more tired and hungry.

I do walk 5 miles a day and strength train so I thought about increasing my activity level, but I dont know if thats too many calories. For context, I am currently at 1540 for calories and if I were to do the activity change, it would be 1800. In contrast, if I go down to 1.5 lbs/week, it would be 1700. I am also not in a rush, but I also had the goal of losing my weight by June. However, if I go down to 1.5 lbs/week, I will achieve my goal by September. I hope this makes sense and I am trying to not overthink it, but I would love any advice/experience!
