5’5 female, advice on where to start

hi!! i’m a 24 year old female. i have had a hard time the last few months with not being happy with my weight, i know im a healthy weight but i just don’t like the way i carry it. my stomach and my arms are places on my body i hate looking at. ive always been more muscular so my arms are just bigger than i like (i know you can’t target fat which is why id like to eat in a deficit to decrease overall body fat) i struggle so much with food noise and disordered eating behaviors, i have recently been diagnosed with adhd, just started meds for that, neither here nor there but the food noise seems to be diminishing a bit.

i am looking for advice! there’s so so much info everywhere about how much i should be eating, what i should be doing, and its all so overwhelming to me. when i try to lock in and figure out what needs to be done to lose a little bit, i give up before i even start.

my activity ebs and flows and with winter coming soon, i can imagine it will be on the lower end. i work a job that can put me on a higher activity level some days but that depends on the work load, some days i do very little.

can anyone help me determine a range of calories and macros i should be consuming? i’d like to be in the mid 120’s and then will work more on muscles and things like that.
