The scale moved for the first time in 5 years and I could cry

Hi, I've been on a long emotional and physical journey ever since 2019, when I swore to lose roughly 100lbs, and in 2 years I lost 90. I gained almost all of it back due to life changes and stressors, but I got on medications that fixed my mental health. Alongside this, I finally came to the realization of my identity as a woman. Being now motivated to transition, I found a whole new source of drive for losing weight. And finally, after 5 constant years of diets that didn't work, self doubt, self hatred, I have found a sustainable and healthy way of losing weight that has taken me from 306lbs to 299 in just 3 weeks. I am so relieved. It's finally happening. I am so excited to transition in a year because of this !!!!
