i’ve been eating 1500 cals or less since mid february with a few cheat days in between. i just feel as though the deficit isn’t working as well anymore. i don’t weigh myself, i use non-scale victories as a way to measure my progress. i have gone down a few pant sizes so it’s obviously working, but i feel the past month i’ve plateaued. will a bit of a cheat weekend help “reset” my deficit? i’ve heard both yes and no so im just not really sure where to go from here. i’m not gonna go on a crazy binge fest, but i am gonna allow myself to eat what i want and try to intuitively eat rather than rely on tracking calories. any advice is appreciated!
