I'm going slow, but at least I'm going!

I know myself, and I can have trouble keeping my calorie goals due to emotional eating/boredom. Isn't anxiety great? 😆

That said, I had set MyFitnessPal for me to lose 2 pounds a weeks, and because that's fairly stringent, even if I go a little over, I'm still losing, just not as quickly. Honestly, it's such a relief! Do I need to get more strict? Sure. Is it nice that I'm not completely scuttled? Also yes!

I guess it's just a good reminder that any effort is still better than no effort at all. Yes, I know you have all told me this before, but sometimes I have to see things for myself. Cheers, y'all.
