I am a 5’3 female I weigh 290 pounds I’m 3 weeks into my journey and the thing I am struggling with most is cardio. Walking for even a short period of time hurts my back. After ten minutes of walking my lower back is extremely tight. In most instances I have to take short breaks to get through the back end of my walks. I am going to start stretching more but does anyone have anymore tips I can do to relieve this pain during my walks? It almost entirely goes away when I sit down after my walk as well. It doesn’t linger.
