college vs home

hi guys! so since mid august i have been tracking and mostly staying in a deficit. i got home and weighed myself and i have lost 13lbs. but since then i have been eating SO much food at home. i’m still tracking and i’m between 3000-3500 calories everyday. i was doing so well at school because i’m so busy, but at home it’s back to the usual. how can i continue the cycle of my deficit + one maintenance day per week every whole i’m home?

my habits at school are very maintainable AT school. but suddenly i’m home and it feels like a good frenzy. i’m working hard to heal my relationship with food. and i want that to carry over into my fall, winter, spring, and summer breaks. what should i do?
