I’m 10 pounds overweight. It’s getting very difficult

I’m 10 pounds away from the limit of a healthy bmi for my height. I’ve been slowly losing weight little by little by running 8 miles a day along with some intense compound lifting, and 12 ounces of ground chicken along with about a pound of vegetables a day, cooked in a 1 second spray of spray oil. But now it’s getting even harder to make the scale budge.

I gained 4 pounds this week. I need to cut even more food out, maybe down to 8 ounces of ground chicken and less vegetables. I’m already working out nearly 3 hours a day so I can’t really exercise much more. And since I’m not as heavy I’m not burning nearly as many calories. I could replace the lifting with more cardio but I’m afraid I’ll lose muscle mass instead of fat so I’ll just have to make to with eating even less. My other gym partners only work out an hour so I don’t have them to help me out either.

I know I can do it. So many people just exist in a healthy bmi without unrelenting effort. I may have to work harder but it must happen. It sucks but it must happen
