I know you just enter some details on some website but it's so hard to find my maintenance, I straight up ate 3200 kcal per day for 30 days, my plan is to maintain weight but I just lost more weight after eating 3200 kcal per day
I walk around 15k-17k steps per day, strength train 6x a day and sometimes I do light cardio sessions, for the love of god I cant maintain, I cant lose weight any further because I will lose muscles
I'd be really glad if someone helped, or the only way is find by doing trial and error
