idk a few years ago i lost quite an amount of weight and i did this solely by starving myself
i started to treat hunger as a positive feeling and saw the numbers go down
now its been a few years and im still okayish, but i’ve definitely gained some weight since then
im trying to keep it balanced but in the end i give in and start binge eating, especially at night
so yeah, i learned for myself, i can’t lose weight the healthy way, or keep it low, ill just starve myself
idk for me its either on or off there is no in between
because i’m either looking at every single kcal and counting it and every single one is a kcal to lose weight, so i really kept it very low.
but without that mindset im like “one snack isn’t that bad” and 10mins later i had a few cookies too much. i hate it.
