Female, 30, working out daily and not eating horribly, but gained 20lbs. Should I look for a dietitian, a personal trainer, or neither to help me figure out what would work best for me personally to actually lose fat?

Hello,

I know no one is the same and no one is going to have the perfect answer. I am just very lost right now and need advice. I work out each day, varying in type for the past 4 months.

Monday- Cardio, Tuesday- Pilates, Wednesday- Dance, Thursday- Dance, Friday- Rest, Saturday- Yoga (idk if that counts), Sunday- Pilates.

I don't eat horribly- at least no different than I did before I started working out. I could eat better and still struggle with portion sizes sometimes. I don't take any medications that might interfere. Had my thyroid tested and it was normal. Yet when I saw video of myself I looked worse and my scale said I gained 20 lbs. What should I try adding or who should I try going to for advice? I dont know what I'm doing.
