Any side effects of people taking weight loss medications?

I’m not super obese or anything (200 lbs, 6ft, 30M), just a bit overweight and hoping to look more lean before next summer. I recently got prescribed some weight loss medication. Then I found Ms. Gallagher on Klarity, and she seemed great — but my family keeps telling me to double-check the side effects before starting.

I get that a lower appetite is kind of the whole point, but I’d like to know what else people actually go through on these meds. I’ve seen some say they feel fine, and others mention nausea, fatigue, or weird digestion issues.

I’m not trying to crash-diet or anything, just lose weight steadily and stay healthy. So if anyone’s taken these before, what were the real side effects for you? Did it change your energy, mood, or appetite too much? Would you recommend it, or skip it if you could go back?
