I saw the post yesterday about RED-S (Relative energy deficiency in sport) and it had me thinking about my own calories and activity level. I usually put sedentary because I once saw online even if you are active to just put that but now that post i saw yesterday is making me question.
Every week I usually strength training 4x a week for 1hr and on those days I walk 6k steps. 1 day a week I do at home Pilates (45 mins) while also walking 6k steps. On the other 2 days, I just try to get 8-10k steps.
Height: 5’5 Weight: 185 lbs Body Fat % (from dexa scan): 41%
Any help will be much appreciated 🙏🏽
