Motivate me

I just finished 35 pounds achievement. I have to lose another 25 to reach my initial goal weight but things are going well so I’m now shooting for 170 instead of 180.

But it’s starting to slow down because my body mass is less so I’m working hard to get it off and I’m eating less calories. I’m at 1400 a day, I usually intake maybe 1200.

I’m hitting a fatigue wall, I just injured my shoulder lifting because I’m dumb, and now I’m tired everyday because I flipped to night shift schedule for a while at work.

motivation is much needed at the moment so I don’t relapse with 4 Big Macs a milk shake and motzerella sticks because I feel like shit at the moment.
