[M/30] I started tracking nutrients and calories this week and adjusted my diet to lose 2 lbs per week. I lost 5 lbs in a week. Is this a sign I am being overly restrive on calories or could this be partially attributed to retaining less water weight upon reducing sodium intake? Is this unhealthy?

For some background, I am a male (30 years old) and 5'-4" tall. My activity level could probably be classified as lightly active. I was 115-120 lbs during college (probably slightly under weight) and my metabolism is finally catching up to me. During COVID, I got up to 155 lbs, but upon returning to non-remote work 2-3 days per week and getting 10k-15k steps on those days, I am around 140-145 lbs.

A week ago, I started tracking my diet (calories, nutrients, etc.) via Myfitnesspal. My goal weight is 130 lbs, and I setup the app to lose 2 lbs a week (1500 calories a day with an activity modifier). Before tracking everything, I ate a lot of processed food. I was probably consuming 3000-5000 mg of sodium a day and 140 g of fat. The past week, I have been eating better and have been around 2500 mg of sodium and 70g of fat per day.

From 9/15 to today, I lost 5 lbs and am down to 137 lbs. I'm thinking it can be partially attributed to reducing sodium/fat and weight loss may level out. If not and I keep losing at this rate, could it be detrimental to my metabolism? I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or any advice when starting a diet for the first time. Thanks!

Edit: In the title, I meant restrictive and not restrive.
