how to lose weight if i still go out and drink

these pasts months i got a job where they give FREE BEER (lol) so is always available for me (not always tho just 2 hours after my shift), it’s pretty common for me and coworkers to go get a beer, also they give us free food one time a week and obviously its not healthy, and lastly they always bring donuts or ice cream to the office

what advice would you give me? i know i should just not do it and not drink or eat the donuts, but do you guys have any experiences like mine and still manage to lose weight? i still would like to drink beer and I cant just not get the donuts lol but any advice guys??
