How to stay motivatet/dedicated when you have many reasons for losing weight?

I have been obese for about 7 years. I'm sick and tired of feeling bad and buying new clothes all the time.

I have suffered from low self-esteem as long as I can remember. I have never liked the way I look, and I have never appreciated my body or found my body to be good looking. Even before I got obese. But for the last months I have starting to care less about what I look like and started to notice that I feel absolutely horrible. No energy, tired all the time, my body feels heavy and everything is tough to do. I have a job where I walk a lot and I notice how much pain I get in my back, hips and feet.

I want to lose weight to make my job easier, to walk stairs without getting out of breath, but the most important thing is actually to just fit my clothes and wear the clothing I think looks nice. I have so much beautiful clothing that I don't fit. I have to lose 45 pounds to fit everything. I'm into fashion and I haven't wore a nice outfit in years (and yes, I know I can buy nice clothes when obese too, but I NEVER feel good or look good in ANYTHING). I don't care about getting old, I don't care about looking hot or attractive. I just want to FEEL GOOD about myself. Wearing nice clothes, move my body without feeling like I'm dying. I used to enjoy exercise, hiking/walking etc, but now everything is a huge pain in the ass because I'm just so... Tired. And fat!!! My bmi is 35.

Yes my blood works are completely fine. Which makes me think that losing weight might help me out when it comes to feeling shit and being tired. I have never been able to dedicate my life to something ever, I'm over 30 years old and I have never followed a plan, never had routines and it shows.

I want all this fat off my body. I'm so tired of being obese... I just want to be a little closer to normal weight. I don't need to be skinny, I don't need to be fit, I just want to fit my clothes that are size Large. Now I use 3x Large. It sucks so bad. I know HOW to lose weight, but I struggle to commit.
