How long should a diet break be?

20F 141lbs/64kg 5'3/162cm

I've been on a diet for 3 months and I lost 27.5 lbs (12.5 kg) and Ive been on an extreme deficit in those three months, I noticed that I stopped losing weight even though I was sure that I was in a deficit. My meals usually consist of 2 meals, lunch and dinner. I usually eat about 4 spoons of rice with a bit of chicken or veggies like green beans, and I have 3 eggs boiled or fried in a tsp of olive oil or a salad for dinner. I tried asking online before and I got told that I'm either lying about my food intake and thats why I stopped losing weight or that I should decrease what I eat even more ( which I can't do). I don't usually exercise since it makes too tired and hungry, and I found that I'm more likely to binge when I exercise so I don't, but I try to walk as much as I can. I heard that a diet break helps with a plateau, so I've been on one for 5 days now, and I'm wondering how long should I do this? Is one week enough? Or should I make it 2? I still want to lose at least 15 more pounds (7 kg). Any kind of advice would be really appreciated.
